Workshop "Legal framework and dilemmas when starting a business"
Today, a workshop was held in the Cantonal and University Library in Bihać for people who are thinking about starting their own business. It is part of the project, which is implemented by the Hungarian organization "Hungary Helps", in cooperation with the organization "Association for innovative initiatives", the Cantonal and University Library and local experts.
Those who want to start a business are often in a dilemma about what to open - a business or a company? The aim of the workshop, led by prof. Albin Muslić was to provide the participants with information on the differences between the establishment of a trade and a limited liability company, which are the two most common forms of registration of a legal form of business in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the establishment process and their advantages and disadvantages.
